Piesporter Domherr is an exclusive wine-growing site which originally produced Piesporter Goldtröpfchen. Only a very few winegrowers own part of this ideally-positioned location, which was named Piesporter Domherr to distinguish its original and individual characteristics and was established because of its excellent reputation. This dry, late-harvest wine is notable for its clear, fresh fruit quality, with a light spiciness, lively and harmonious.

The vineyard Drohner Hofberger, is one of the steepest slopes at all. He has 70° slope and so you get only handpicked grapes.The high content of fine Devon slate soil guaranties a distinguished mineral note. This off-dry , late-harvest wine from 2011 is notable for its clear, fresh fruit quality, with mineral notes

Fruity, ripe apricot followed by a touch of physalis. A fine fruit sweetness held by rich minerals and evocative of woodland herbs. Its soft and strong character is perfect for Asian cuisine, both sweet and sour as well as hot and spicy.

Ice Wine

Noble sweetness, exotic fruits, very ripe. Evocative of prunes. Due to its high density it will give pleasure in 25 years' time as well as already being delicious as an accompaniment to cheese or dessert.
